1. Introduction
Welcome to Kala Group service, a client relationship management system provided by "Kalagroup for information technology and Artificial intelligence". By registering and using our CRM, user agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1. The CRM is intended for businesses and professionals. By registering, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the company you represent.
2.2. You must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, company email, and position within the company.
2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Use of the CRM
3.1. The CRM provides tools to manage invoices, projects, tasks, and client information.
3.2. You agree to use the CRM only for lawful business purposes and not for fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6.3. Upon termination, all user data may be deleted, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The CRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7.2. The Company is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from the use of the CRM.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Egypt.
8.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in Egypt.
9. Amendments and Updates
9.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
9.2. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the CRM constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
